Required Materials:  Scientific Calculator, Standard Electrical Hand Tools

Student Outcomes:  Upon completion of this course the student will have a general
overview of the course material covered and will be able to demonstrate the following
competencies:

1)  Read both analog and digital ohm meters in single and three phase settings
2)  Troubleshoot simple electrical circuits
3)  Apply standard electrical formulas to circuits

Methodology:  Lecture, lab, demonstration, and hands on activities.

Evaluation of Performance:   Written tests - 50%   Labs - 30%
                                                     Demonstration of competencies (Final Exam) - 20%

                                                     86 - 93             B
